In longer issue conversations, it should be possible to mark one or multiple comments as final decisions.
Desired behavior:
Users should be able to mark a comment in the conversation as a Final Decision . Multiple comments should be markable if several decisions are made within the same issue.
Marked decisions should be visually highlighted and easy to find later in the conversation.
