Excel sorting /filtering in power bi, excel contains merge rows

hi, please suggest, how do i sort this excel data in power bi. i want to populate the no.of drawings under visualization, drawings,headquaters building etc,
excel contains merged rows.

You should modify the spreadsheet in Excel before importing into PowerBI.

It should always have columns. The blue rows can be a column on the side.
