Sorry that you’re having difficulty uploading your model with analysis results. There are a few ETABS “gotchas” that could be causing this.
- Was the model unlocked? When unlocked, ETABS wipes all analysis results so we can’t extract results
- Which result types were you looking to extract? And were the selected load cases and combinations run? Sometimes partial cases are set to run meaning the selected combos won’t be in the results table at extraction time.
In terms of available result types, have a look at the screenshot on this thread here. Noted on the two missing types (Joint Displacements and Modal Participating Mass Ratios). I’d love to find out more on the intended workflow with the joint displacement results especially since this is a lot of data and can bloat the size of the upload significantly.
