Error uploading .tif fron QGIS

I can’t go up from Qgis to Speckle, could you please help me.
I’m trying to climb an area of ground and I can’t do it

Hi @Alexander2024 ! This was a bug in 2.19.0, please install the latest 2.19.2 from Speckle Manager

Thanks for the answer, but I have the latest version installed.

I also get this alert

It means that the 2.19.x speckle connectors are not compatible with your QGIS version unfortunately. We are working on a new release to make it work with the latest QGIS versions

I had installed two versions to see the problem but in the two installed versions it does not work well.
Thank you and I hope you can solve it. good luck in everything

install

I see :smiling_face_with_tear: Please provide more details (what means does not work well, what did you do before the failure and what is the failure exactly). I can see from the screenshot above that you were using 2.19.0, this was likely causing the problem.

Try to run the 2.19.2 version with QGIS 3.28.15 and share more screenshots if the problem persists

1.- I have installed version 2.19.2 and when I open QGIS it shows that I only have version 2.0 as you can see in the image (no matter how many times I update it always shows that I have version 2.0)
2.- I am trying to upload a tif image of a part of a surface to speckle so I can view it in the speckle environment and I get the error image 1

Understood. So the issue is that your plugin doesn’t really update to 2.19.2.
First things that comes to mind, make sure that you install the plugin to the correct QGIS User Profile (the same as you are using in your project):

It could be solved, but not with the latest version of speckle, otherwise with an older version it already works fine.
Well I have another question but I will do it with another thread since this one is closed.
thank you
