Block to Family Conversion with Speckle: STEP Files!

Hello,
Since Revit v2024.1.3 natively imports STEP files, there is now a vast array of components available for import into Revit. These libraries include, for example, those from CrabCAD. Since these STEP files cannot be edited within Revit, and based on the “Block to Family Conversion with Speckle” article, my suggestion is to integrate these files as well, so that they can be converted into Revit families.

Hey @amagro ,

Thanks for the suggestion. For now, You can import the STEP file into Rhino and send it from there as a workaround.
