  • Objective: I would like to import the model to Blender 4.5.3 LTS with installed Speckle Connector speckle.blender.installer-3.2.2
published to Specke with speckle.revit.installer-3.9.2 and from Revit 2024.

  • Issue: Error message and nothing happend

Python: Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "C:\Users\u4014125\AppData\Roaming\Speckle\connector_installations\Blender 4.5\specklepy\objects\base.py", line 384, in __setattr__
    attr.__set__(self, value)
  File "C:\Users\u4014125\AppData\Roaming\Speckle\connector_installations\Blender 4.5\specklepy\objects\interfaces.py", line 58, in units
    raise SpeckleInvalidUnitException(
specklepy.logging.exceptions.SpeckleInvalidUnitException: SpeckleException: Invalid units: expected type str but received <class 'str'> (Unknown type <class 'NoneType'> received for units).
  • trial I have tried an older export to Speckle, this worked only for some 3D Text, but no models. I cant share the link, but all models can be seen in WebBrowser
  • test I have removed Bonsai, since I found something as discription, where Bonsai was named as reason for collisions. All another tools have also been removed. only Specke is now on Blender

Thanks for help,

Hi @HeinrichBoldtGetinge,

Any chance you could share the speckle model with us?
