Bentley connectors

Hi-

We are evaluating adopting Speckle for connecting our Bentley projects in Microstation, OpenBridge, and OpenRoads to Rhino/GH, Autodesk, and other products.

Have the connectors been developed such as we can transfer solids (including metadata) from/to Bentley?

I see Bentley connectors are under a legacy page (V2). Is Speckle planning to continue providing support to these connectors?

Hey @sdespradel ,

We don’t currently have integrations for Bentley products. You can upload Microstation DGN files to Speckle but that’s pretty much it. We are evaluating adding support for Bentley products.

How are you planning to use Bentley products with Speckle? What do you want to achieve?

We are now talking to Speckle US and others to know more about the Bentley connectors.

We were able to do a test using the older V2 connectors, and this looks very promising to us.
