We’ve just released a super cool new feature for Rhino - a whole new interface dedicated to assigning Revit categories to your model geometry or layers. Category assignment works both ways: you’ll get properly categorized direct shapes when you load your Rhino model in Revit for early stage design coordination, and you’ll be able to easily select all objects in a category when you load a Revit model in Rhino.

p.s. If this sounds familiar, you’ve probably heard of or used our legacy mapper feature. To clarify, this category assignment tool will not create native elements in Revit, and is intended for fast coordination in Revit so your reference geometry play nicely in views and your schedules give you simple object counts.
