Currently, if a comment is created without a location in the model, it is not possible to assign a model location to that comment afterward.
It would be useful to allow users to add or update the model location of an existing comment at a later stage.
Desired behavior:
Users should be able to select an existing unlocated comment and assign it to a specific location or element in the model.
