This model has linked Revit files; and the Revit beta plugin was used.
It is a compatibility issue. I believe you sent the model from Next Gen connector but trying to receive with old PowerBI connector which is bundled with old viewer version. I suggest you to install new PowerBI connector from here

MODEL URL is misssing with new PowerBI connector. I can not linked with Speackle viewer for BI.

You are using legacy 3D Visual. You can find latest 3d visual under Documents/Power BI Desktop/Custom Visuals folder.
