Do you have a sample model to share that we could test with?
Can you please confirm what version of our connectors you are using? In the latest release (2.7) we have also added advanced options to receive Breps/Meshs can you try if it works with those?

thanks for your suggestion. I’ve just installed the latest release of the connector and now the import of mesh model works.
